On the 19th of February 2024, a significant milestone was reached as YGL Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of YGL Convergence Berhad (YGL), sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United BC Tean Sdn Bhd (UB). This collaboration marks a strategic alliance aimed at providing fully integrated Industrial 4.0 solutions to streamline internal production processes economically.

The inking of this MoU spells cooperation in the area of joint marketing and branding efforts to offer a comprehensive package to clients, as well as collaborative engagement in industry events.
