YGL CONVERGENCE BERHAD leads the students of UUM visit to German factory, Richter Rubber Technology Sdn. Bhd (RRT) in Kedah.
(March 27) YGL CONVERGENCE BERHAD leads the students of UUM visit to German factory, Richter Rubber Technology Sdn. Bhd (RRT) in Kedah. The students consist of postgraduate and undergraduate final year students from the Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz School of Accountancy (TISSA-UUM). The purpose of the visit is to let the students understand how the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) works in the real business setting. The visit helps to broaden their thinking and knowledge on the business processes management using ERP in the RRT German based manufacturers.
Leveraging a unique educational approach that moves beyond classroom lectures, 16 students and 13 lecturers participate in a tour visit and learn about YGL E-Corporate Suite (ERP System). This visit offers insights into how RRT company has turned management strategies into sustainable competitive advantages.
By visiting company like RRT, students were able to get direct exposure to company that is leading their industries. Besides that, students were able to get direct information from the employees who involved in developing and executing ERP process flow and modules. Further, students were given opportunity to tour the company’s facilities. During the visit, students have extensive interactions with company representatives.
