Today, YGL had the pleasure of hosting a group of 30 students from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) at our corporate office, offering them an enriching experience to learn about the professional world first-hand.

The visit provided these aspiring professionals with a glimpse into the dynamic workplace culture at YGL, where innovation, collaboration, and communication are key to success. Our Head of Marketing, Mr. Humphrey Ho, captivated the students with an insightful presentation on ‘Workplace Dynamics, Motivation & Communication Practices,’ highlighting the critical role of teamwork, effective communication, and motivation in achieving organisational success.
